This event is dedicated to one of the most precious plants in our wild flora:
The Rosehip.

It is rich in vitamin C, antioxidants, and natural tonic principles that strengthen the body and brighten the mind.

Together we will explore its phytotherapeutic and traditional properties, its most effective uses, and the principles of plant extraction that preserve its vital energy.

During the practical session, we will prepare a raw sugar macerate,a simple and natural method that teaches how to transform and preserve the active principles of plants with respect and awareness.

This live session is also intended to introduce Govardhan (in Casciana Terme Lari - PISA), a special place where the land is cultivated according to the millennia-old principles of Ayurveda and sustainability..

It is an invitation to discover this project and to take part as volunteers, sharing time, experience, and values of care—for the Earth and for ourselves.
