7 Days to Sow Peace

A break from routine to rediscover yourself:
7 days of silence, nature, and community to cultivate peace within and around you.

An experience open to everyone

Come and experience your week of peace:
You may choose any dates you prefer between November and December 2025.

The Intention

In a time of noise, tension, and conflict, there are places where silence heals and the earth teaches.

At Govardhan – Centro Studi Bhaktivedanta APS, in Tuscany (Pisa), we invite you to experience community volunteering.

Thirty-four hectares of olive trees, vegetable gardens, and orchards — where working the land becomes an act of care and reconnection with creation, all living beings, and the Creator.

Here, we don’t just cultivate food: we cultivate presence, simplicity, and service.

7 days to sow peace — within ourselves and in the world.

Sowing Peace, Day by Day

Wars, tensions, and disconnection mark the world we live in.

It’s true — we cannot fool ourselves into thinking we can change everything, but we can change the way we live!

We can choose to sow peace, day by day.

A farming tool instead of a smartphone, hands immersed in the soil, a gesture of care, a fruit picked with attention, a shared smile…

Simple acts of peace that bring us back to what truly matters.

Through mindful agricultural work, community life, and deep contact with nature, we celebrate peace through simple, silent, and real actions.

An immersive experience to:

  • Take part in agricultural activities guided by experienced practitioners.
  • Nourish yourself with wholesome plant-based food (meals included).
  • Stay within the facilities of the Centro Studi Bhaktivedanta APS (accommodation included).
  • Rejuvenate with two yoga classes suitable for everyone.
  • Receive a special lecture by Spiritual Teacher Marco Ferrini, philosopher, author, and founder of the CSB.
  • Share time and values with people eager for inner growth.
  • Dedicate time to yourself — to meditate, reflect, and simply be.

A Greater Project – ADAyur

“7 Days to Sow Peace” was born within the Govardhan – ADAyur Project (Educational Agriculture inspired by Ayurveda).

Govardhan is a living laboratory of food, energy, and spiritual self-sufficiency, where the following are practiced:

  • organic vegetable gardens and the cultivation of ancient varieties;
  • composting and regenerative practices for soil health;
  • accommodation included within the facilities of the Centro Studi Bhaktivedanta;
  • cultivation of plants for Ayurvedic cooking and health;
  • spaces for hospitality, silence, and contemplation;
  • By taking part in this initiative, you’re not simply living a different kind of week — you’re actively contributing to a project that seeks to restore the connection between humans and nature, between daily life and inner growth.

Would you like to keep sowing peace?

The one-week experience is just the first step.

At Govardhan, you can return whenever you wish — as a volunteer — and contribute your time, your hands, and your heart to the ADAyur project.
